Purchasing a new car is normally an ordeal but dealing with Cleveland Toyota was a pleasure! I found the SUV I wanted on line and called the dealership. Ashley in Internet sales was SO helpful! By Fri with Cleveland Toyota was a pleasure! I found the SUV I wanted on line and called the dealership. Ashley in Internet sales was SO helpful! By Friday afternoon, she had prepared very reasonable quotes for me. The quotes impressed me enough that on Saturday, I made the 90 mile trip to Cleveland to test drive the cars. After being greeted warmly at reception, I was introduced to Austin, my salesman, who went on the test drives with me and answered every single question, no matter how trivial, I had. Austin truly knows his product! Next, I met with Shane, the Sales Manager who had prepared the awesome quotes. After going through all the details with him, my decision was easy to make. All that was left to do was meeting with Justice in finance. I appreciate that Justice explained everything to me but didn’t once make me feel pressure to purchase extras. It was all up to me. Best of all, Austin made the 180 mile round trip to deliver my 2020 Toyota Hybrid Highlander to me on Monday! Service was exceptional and I LOVE my new Toyota!!!
