I don’t know why I ever go to any other dealership besides this one. Because they do such a good job and make the process of buying a vehicle so easy. I went to another Toyota dealership and it was like pulling teeth to get any kind of information on price or available vehicles. The other Toyota dealership was your typical song and dance when it comes to buying a car which is extremely aggravating. Justice, the gentleman that helped me, made everything so smooth. In less than an hour they had the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. The only place I will ever shop for a Toyota now is Toyota of Cleveland. More

Distance buying car 1st time I"ve ever bought my car without first seeing it in person and they were super helpful. They were also very helpful with the transportation of the car and meetup to sign the documents despite some hiccups on my end. Thank you guys! More
