Walker Ford has always been extremely friendly knowledgeable and I never leave unsatisfied. Their waiting room is spacious and comfortable with amenities to ease any small amount of in person wait knowledgeable and I never leave unsatisfied. The technicians are responsive and attentive knowing that their customers have busy schedules and of course nobody likes waiting, this gets avoided by their courtesy check ins where a tech comes out periodically to update you in your cars status. I forever recommend Walker Ford! More

The service department did a great job of changing my oil and rotating my tires, however, I had a problem with the backup camera, it went out after I bought it, several attempts but was unable to get it fixe and rotating my tires, however, I had a problem with the backup camera, it went out after I bought it, several attempts but was unable to get it fixed. When Covid hit, I stopped driving and needed more time to get to the oil change. I felt the warranty was still in effect and didn’t think anything about it. The camera has since quit and Walker has not accepted responsibility to fix it, they did reduce the cost, but it’s still too expensive. I’ve since sent several emails and have not got any responses yet. Weston told me once, that if I needed anything to let him know, but still no response. More

Steve at the Service shop took care of me liquidity split And got the car service going. Don at The Body Shop Take care of the warranty on my Explorer hood. I have a new hood painted And ready to be installed The next day. I appreciate all of his work and he deserves a big that a boy❗❗ On the other hand I took the shuttle and was very disappointed. The young man did not have a Mask On, I have no idea what your policy is but I saw a sign that Mask will be warn ..The young man was also looking Down At his phone for directions and texting Back-and-forth with your dispatch 4 the next pick up line. At 1 time I held one phone so he could dial the other while driving To call the next pick up. The way the world is today I think you better update your policy about mask, And followed through and make sure people are wearing them. Another gentleman asked the young man if he had his shots and he said no. I thought if you don't have your shot you should be wearing a mask. I don't want anything to happen to the young man who did a nice job besides all that of the stuff. He should be educated About safe driving And providing a clean and and safe environment With The vehicle He is using the transport customers. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to express my opinion. Once again Stephen Don for professional and excellent. I do appreciate the transportation but I think these issues need to Addressed.
