The young man did not have a Mask On, I have no idea what your policy is but I saw a sign that Mask will be warn ..The young man was also looking Down At his phone for directions and texting Back-and-forth with your dispatch 4 the next pick up line. At 1 time I held one phone so he could dial the other while driving To call the next pick up. The way the world is today I think you better update your policy about mask, And followed through and make sure people are wearing them. Another gentleman asked the young man if he had his shots and he said no. I thought if you don't have your shot you should be wearing a mask. I don't want anything to happen to the young man who did a nice job besides all that of the stuff. He should be educated About safe driving And providing a clean and and safe environment With The vehicle He is using the transport customers. Steve is fantastic!But my fix for the transmission issue Steve is fantastic! But my fix for the transmission issue was to just reset the computer which didn’t fix the slamming gears!
