Joey took the time to patiently show me all the awesome features my new Civic offered and made sure I was happy with all aspects of the vehicle. Tim in financing was a joy and a straight-shooter. He was funny and warm-natured, and explained all the options for me. Both Troy and Justin were helpful in management with negotiating my trade-in value. This is my second purchase at Crown and I will not hesitate to recommend them, or to return when I or family are ready for future vehicles. More
