Andrew and Raul surpassed my expectations and contributed to a thorough and satisfying experience. Walter’s is blessed to have Andrew and Raul as a part of the Mercedes Benz family! Not only were these young men available to answer questions and address our concerns during our visit but they continue to check in and make themselves available to assist with the special features on our car! This is our second Mercedes purchase and of course, we remain impressed with the workmanship, function and reliability of our luxury vehicle! My only critic is with Justin Campbell, finance department. He did not avail himself to clarify a question we had the next day. He failed to return my phone calls and has not reached out to date. We voiced our concern to Andrew our sales rep and he answered our questions. Thanks again Andrew and Raul and we will definitely refer our family members and friends to experience VIP treatment at Walter’s! More

Peter is the guy to ask for if you are looking and he even provided a personalized video thanking us and providing step by step on how to set up our Sirius and other pertinent information to assist.
