The best car buying experience. Hands down. I had a 2017 Tacoma that was messed up by another competitor car dealership just down the road from Toyota of Cleveland. Toyota was given the truck to work on and during the process of having the 2017 Tacoma repaired we decide to trade it for a 2018 Tacoma. The people at Toyota of Cleveland were extremely kind and fast at finding me the specific truck that I wanted even going out of their way to have it in under 2 days from Knoxville. Cindy McMichan and the Sales Manager, Justin Hall were absolutely the best people to work with. No frills, no haggling, and no problems! Always made it a point to talk and answer any questions we had! I would and will recommend Toyota of Cleveland to everyone I know and my Father will as well. Also Anthony in service was excellent to work with on my 2017 Tacoma and I will be bringing my new 2018 Tacoma to Toyota of Cleveland for future service! More
