As a new family of three, we needed to update to a larger vehicle and we loved the look of the Highlander’s but didn’t even have them on the list to look at because they were out of our budget. These guys made it possible to drive off with a highlander we not only loved but also that fit into our budget. Mason, our salesman, was truly a pleasure to “hang out” with for the experience. Justin, the GSM, was so patient and willing to do whatever in his means to get us a great deal. Lastly, we worked with Tyler in the final finance stages. Even with an upset baby in the room, he helped keep the process short, sweet and smooth. Thanks again to all of you at Toyota for a great experience! Great doing business with you! More

Our salesperson, Cindy, took her time listening to exactly what I wanted and made sure to find a vehicle that had all my requests. She and the manager, Justin, really took the time to sit down with me and answers all of my questions on pricing, lease options, and the different extra available. I also really appreciated the great service I received from Tyler in finance. He answered my questions and I never felt pressured to add on extras I didn't want. I left with a beautiful 2017 RAV4 that was within my budget and exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Toyota of Cleveland to anyone looking for a great vehicle and stress free experience. More
