As a Whoever decided that car salesmen needed to be jerks to sell cars had it all wrong. These guys took care of us from the moment we exited our car. As a new family of three, we needed to update to a larger vehicle and we loved the look of the Highlander’s but didn’t even have them on the list to look at because they were out of our budget. These guys made it possible to drive off with a highlander we not only loved but also that fit into our budget. Mason, our salesman, was truly a pleasure to “hang out” with for the experience. Justin, the GSM, was so patient and willing to do whatever in his means to get us a great deal. Lastly, we worked with Tyler in the final finance stages. Even with an upset baby in the room, he helped keep the process short, sweet and smooth. Thanks again to all of you at Toyota for a great experience! Great doing business with you! More

They were the first and only dealership we visited to buy our new Avalon. Why did this happen? We met and dealt with an outstanding salesman, Tommy Strickland. We spent a lot of time with Justin, the sales manager. We were able to negotiate a deal with him with which we were very satisfied. In addition, Mike, the finance man, was congenial, pleasant and helpful. This dealership has some outstanding people in our opinion. I will recommend them to our friends and family. And we will use them again if the occasion arises. Tommy's last name is Shackelford. More

From my first encounter with the front desk receptionist on up through sales, management, and the finance department I was treated with courtesy, respect and professionalism. Thank you for an incredibly positive new car buying experience. Preston White was an accommodating Sales Consultant and gave me plenty of time to find what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was knowledgable and so patient! Shaq Daniel and Justin Chretien in management demonstrated their experience, knowledge, and sincerity through our interactions. I truly appreciated finishing the paperwork process with Alfred Polk in the Finance dept. He was thorough and a pleasure to work with. He took great care to make sure I understood all the information and options available. Our family will look forward to bringing our vehicles to Toyota Cleveland for maintenance and service. I will highly recommend Toyota Cleveland to family and friends for purchasing their next vehicle. More

From the moment we arrived on the lot we were warmly greeted by anyone we spoke to. Our salesperson, Cindy, took her time listening to exactly what I wanted and made sure to find a vehicle that had all my requests. She and the manager, Justin, really took the time to sit down with me and answers all of my questions on pricing, lease options, and the different extra available. I also really appreciated the great service I received from Tyler in finance. He answered my questions and I never felt pressured to add on extras I didn't want. I left with a beautiful 2017 RAV4 that was within my budget and exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Toyota of Cleveland to anyone looking for a great vehicle and stress free experience. More

Over the course of three weeks, the constant emails, texts, and phone calls were answered like I was the only person that mattered to them. There was not a moment that went by that I didn't feel like I was the most important client. If the numerous dealerships I have visited, the commitment to customer service is of paramount importance. This is the draw of this dealership! Well done! More
