They were the first and only dealership we visited to buy our new Avalon. Why did this happen? We met and dealt with an outstanding salesman, Tommy Strickland. We spent a lot of time with Justin, the sales manager. We were able to negotiate a deal with him with which we were very satisfied. In addition, Mike, the finance man, was congenial, pleasant and helpful. This dealership has some outstanding people in our opinion. I will recommend them to our friends and family. From the moment we arrived on the lot we were warmly greeted by anyone we spoke to. Our salesperson, Cindy, took her time listening to exactly what I wanted and made sure to find a vehicle that had all my requests. She and the manager, Justin, really took the time to sit down with me and answers all of my questions on pricing, lease options, and the different extra available. I also really appreciated the great service I received from Tyler in finance. He answered my questions and I never felt pressured to add on extras I didn't want. I left with a beautiful 2017 RAV4 that was within my budget and exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Toyota of Cleveland to anyone looking for a great vehicle and stress free experience. More
