Ridgeline purchase I had the pleasure of working with the GM (general manager) Monte' Burney. I had a couple of issues with my Ridgeline that had me very discouraged and I had the pleasure of working with the GM (general manager) Monte' Burney. I had a couple of issues with my Ridgeline that had me very discouraged and I didn't want to ever buy from Toyota of Cleveland. I contacted Monte' by email and he responded quickly and made an appointment to meet with me. After meeting him and explaining my issues I quickly realized that he takes his commitment to customer satisfaction very seriously. He never got in a hurry and rushed me on anything, he stayed focused on taking care of the issues with my 2014 Ridgeline. Monte' turned my buying experience from a bad experience to the best truck buying experience I have ever had. His attention to detail and his listening ability is very remarkable but, it was Monte' integrity that really stood out, he made me feel that he valued me as a customer. This is my second purchase from Toyota of Cleveland in the past two years, and as long as Monte' is the GM I will continue to buy from Toyota of Cleveland and gladly tell my friends and family of my great experience. More

They moved with speed and gave the impression that they "wanted to do business" but were not pushy or aggressive. They listened to my specific needs and requirements and did all they could to meet those needs. I appreciated that they heard my questions and answered each one to my satisfaction. Each person was kind and helpful. I do not particularly like dealing with car dealers and salespeople - but, they made this experience pleasant and relaxed. Went to look, drove home in a new Tacoma We had stopped by on Saturday afternoon just to see what was on the lot. He offered to let us look around on our own time (appreciated that!) and said he would just catch us in a bit to talk or answer any questions. We saw a truck we were interested in and he immediately informed us about it and offered to get some paperwork started, to see if it was doable. We were worried that we were keeping them too late, by this time, but he was very adamant that the time didnt matter (appreciated that, as saturday was the only day we could look etc). The whole process went very smooth. I feel like a "friend" when talking to all three of the guys we dealt with--Paul Caesar, Mike Covington, and Justin Chretien...and have felt that way with the follow-up visits we did.
