Justin, the dealer Director over sales is the worst person in the world to deal with. He needs to be terminated due to his attitude towards people that spend $85,000 for a truck. He is disrespectful and I am willing to work with somebody and blames it on the customer instead of themselves I ordered a vehicle and waited three months and once I got it a month later, I was told it was my fault that the truck wasn’t correct by Justin my sales person and Shannon Smith is probably one of the greatest salesman I ever dealt with and should be promoted to sales Director, the body shop has worked very hard to remedy the problem but yet I have to pay money out of my pocket which adds up to around $3000 to fix the problem but they messed up in the first place when building my vehicle when they should have picked up the tab being, they screwed up in the first place .
