THE BEST DEALERSHIP FOR MERCEDES BENZ IN DC METRO AREA! I wanted to buy a Mercedes C300 Sedan for my mom as a "thank you." I never bought a new car before, let alone a new Benz. I had done minimal research I wanted to buy a Mercedes C300 Sedan for my mom as a "thank you." I never bought a new car before, let alone a new Benz. I had done minimal research and decided that I would email two locations in hopes that the consultant could educate me. I made an appointment with Euromotors in Bethesda (where I live and work). It was the WORST experience of my life. I tried explaining that this was a gift, that I wanted to focus on the features instead of the color. The agent kept pressuring me to pick a color. I went with a "red", then he had the car pulled around from an off-site garage. The consultant spent about 15 minutes with me at his desk and another 10 minutes in the car. He claimed it was "fully loaded." As we walked back in, he had double booked other appointments. I felt pressured to leave. This was on a Friday. Now the good news...I emailed Mike Lavrenchik of MB-Hagerstown. I told him of my awful experience and said I would meet with him the next day. He promptly replied to my email and said he would "do his best." The next day I drove about 1 hour to meet Mike. As I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and an offer of a beverage. Then I was taken over to Mike. Immediately upon meeting Mike, I had an instant connection. We laughed, talked about our personal lives. He had a swivel monitor and showed me all of the cars that had the features I wanted. We agreed to look at the C300 Sedan. There was a great deal on a "loaner" vehicle, and I was so appreciative that he showed it to me. He spent at least 45 minutes in the car showing me each and every feature. He showed me the backseat, the trunk, the engine, how the car operates, etc. He answered EVERY question I had. But then, he drove me over to see a new C300 Sport version that had ALL the features I wanted. I fell in love with it instantly. That was it! We walked inside and I said "lets do it!" He ran my credit and I was on my way to purchasing the car. He gave me a great deal and even let me know the value of my trade in (I have an SLK 320 Sport), which I decided to keep. He offered me drinks and the lounge to wait while they washed the car. I then met with the financing agent who explained everything in detail. I also met with the owner. They congratulated me on the purchase and drove the car for me to pick up. I actually had to wait to arrange a ride, so Mike kept the car in the garage for me while I arranged a ride in the next few days. When I got there to pick up the car, it was waiting outside. MIKE is AMAZING. He has become a personal friend. YOU NEED TO MEET MIKE AND EVERYONE HERE BEFORE YOU buy a Benz. The location also has the best service in the country! You would be foolish to purchase a Benz from anyone else. I plan on going back to buy a Benz SUV for me and my husband! Mike and everyone at that location cares about you and what you want. This is the most ETHICAL group of people I have ever met. From the time you walk in the door, you feel like part of the BENZ family. PLEASE BUY FROM THEM, AND MIKE! I love you, Mike. After I bought the car, I emailed the salesman to say that I had already bought a car - because of my age, he thought I was a "lookie loo" and didn't want to spend time with me. Well, big mistake!
