I'd Jeff, Rob, and CJ made my car buying experience an absolute delight. I recently decided to trade in my C Class for a Certified Pre Own GLK350. I'd been in the car market for a few weeks and was not able to find the GLK with the features I preferred and was growing frustrated with the typical sales tactics I was experiencing. With that in mind, I decided to expand my search and found a vehicle of interest at MB of Hagerstown. Jeff did an excellent job introducing me to the GLK and was very attentive to my personal goals with transitioning to an SUV. This was my first time trading in a vehicle and Jeff walked me through the process of what I should expect. I was also traveling for work and was concerned that I would not be able to make it into the dealer for a few days or so. Jeff and Rob managed to provide all the details to me via text messages and phone calls. It was almost too good to be true! I got a great offer on my trade in and the financing process went very smoothly. I traveled quite a distance to pick up my GLK after working through the details and was pleasantly surprised to see it waiting for me all dressed in a big red bow. (Details really make a difference). Jeff, Rob and CJ got me through the process and back on the road in my new GLK in little over an hour and I have been enjoying it! Great team with great results. I did not mind driving the distance to get great customer service. Will definitely be a repeat customer!! Many thanks to the team!! More

Excellent 5 stars I drove into the lot not knowing what to expect, not even knowing if i wanted to commit to yet another car. Having been to multiple dealerships, wast I drove into the lot not knowing what to expect, not even knowing if i wanted to commit to yet another car. Having been to multiple dealerships, wasting a whole day and not leaving with a car is discouraging. I was a bit hesitant to talk to any sales consultant. However, I was greeted by Rob a very nice associate who took his time to really understand my dilemma. I was very interested in the GLK350, it had everything I wanted in a vehicle and I was super excited. The down fall was I had 2 cars to trade in and figured I had too much negative equity to even come close to driving away with my dream car. Rob grabbed my name and number, and I headed out to lunch. I imagined I was not going to hear back from him with any good news. Surprisingly, a short 20 minutes later he called with fantastic news. He informed me I was able to get out of both of my vehicles under the payment I wanted! I honestly didn't believe him (sorry Rob)!! I headed back and sure enough he had all the numbers perfect, mind you I had an older model vehicle as one of my trades that they gave me $1,500 more than any other dealership I had it appraised at. Mike Lavrenchick (sales consultant), and Justin Harbet (general manager) took care of me and made sure I was entertained and had plenty to drink. Although I was there a bit longer than I really wanted to be, I didn't leave my house this afternoon expecting to get a car. Also they made me feel at home and I was very comfortable. One last thing! Austin Shemon (Finance and sales manager) was excellent, he really took his time explaining the benefits of each available option and told me from top to bottom which additional warranties ect. I'd wanna take advantage of. More
