We were approached by a sales rep and we went over our list of “musts” and “wants.” We test drove a few vehicles and found the one we wanted. Negotiations went well and our trade in was fairly smooth as well. Our only complaint was the amount of time everything took. We were there for about 5 hours from start to finish. We were very comfortable and happy with the vehicle we purchased and the deal we got on it though. More
