When I tell you the service, and care that was provided to be was out of this WORLD! I have serious car buying trauma due to some terrible situations with another dealer. AND Robyn, my sales "woman" did AM to be was out of this WORLD! I have serious car buying trauma due to some terrible situations with another dealer. AND Robyn, my sales "woman" did AMAZING! I went to McCluskey due as recommended by my Uncle who has been in the business for YEARS. Initially referred to Tonya at corporate but due to her position she wouldn't be the one handling, but ensured throughout the complete process I was taken care of! I was handed, gently, off to Robyn who took complete care! After going through the numbers and basically TELLING her what I wanted, without thinking for a second that "Hey she knows what she's doing" due to my history of bad bad dealership situations, never did she get rude, or stop me in my tracks, she just listed to me! And said, "Yep! I got ya!" 1. Amazing reason why McCluskey is #1 in Ohio and now my forever go to is THE CARE, and "no rushing" I NEVER STEPPED INTO THE DEALERSHIP ONE TIME! I told Robyn what I wanted, in which she found, she called me and told me "Ok! We're going to drop it off at 4PM!" I was so confused regarding this but next thing I knew, Tim from online cars, was at my door with great conversation and a smile handing me the keys to a 2024 Equinox RS in an amazingly beautiful Revlon old school nail polish "cherries in the snow" color! 2. The patience! OMG the PATIENCE. As I said I have had bad bad situations with dealerships, even rushed to signing a 84 month finance terms on a car I didn't really want because the dealership was literally selling cars from right under me. Once my husband and I decided on the car we wanted and argued about the payment (hehe) we called Robyn and "Ok we want it should be take PTO and come up to the dealership to sign" she literally said "No! No RUSH! Enjoy your weekend we'll get all this handed on Monday, mind you my test drive was only 48 hours and with no hesitation she extended it! Mind you if you know, NO dealerships but McCluskey right now have the Premier or Loaded Equinox RS's in stock, and if I was dealing with the other dealership I worked with previously THIS WOULD OF NEVER BEEN A THING!! 3. The process of signing, and getting my new beautiful SUV! Bill and for the life of me I cannot remember his name a younger guy with Glasses, pulled up to me a overstimulated mother of two with a baby on my hip, rushing to get the other one to football, oh year and the water meter guy! With again, another smile on their faces! Filled the car up with gas! Cleaned off the windows, and took all the ridiculous stickers off the windows and again, remained patient! My guy Tim, pulled up, with great conversation, a big smile and a congratulations to help get all of the paperwork signed he even had a PEN! Lol That is a big deal being the previous dealership couldn't find a pen, I don't know why that sticks out to me. Basically, if you want true, considerate, and NO xx when buying your next car, you'd be a true fool to not go to McCluskey! Ask for Robyn, man will you not only be taken care of, but you will be respected, and honored while doing so!! Thanks Tonya, Tim, Robyn, Justin, Bill, and GOSH I can't remember the young guy with glasses lol! You seriously have made all of my wishes come true, and went above and beyond for my family! Unbelievable experience with this dealership. Placed a deposit on a vehicle on 12/20. Dealt with a manager to work out the “deal” for the vehicle in transit. Sales guy updated us periodically with the ETA deposit on a vehicle on 12/20. Dealt with a manager to work out the “deal” for the vehicle in transit. Sales guy updated us periodically with the ETA of the vehicle and even sent us screen shots from the GMC global website, showing us exactly where the vehicle was. Sent all of our info in for financing and they even ran our credit (we have a credit monitoring subscription that alerted us). My husband contacted the sales guy yesterday to see if the delivery date had been updated, and was told the vehicle had been sold. We then called the dealership and asked to speak to the manager we dealt with, and he would not take our call. At that point my husband asked to speak to any manager available, and was transferred to “Brad.” He sincerely apologized and stated he would do anything he could to make it right - even a potential dealer trade to get us what we wanted. Called back today and was told we did not speak to “Brad.” Someone at the dealership impersonated the manager. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. It’s been a complete nightmare and no one has offered us an accurate explanation of what really happened. Our deposit was made on 12/20 and it supposedly sold on 12/24. (Yet were just told earlier this week it’s ETA was 1/3). They still have our deposit, and I don’t anticipate we will get that back unless we seek legal counsel. To be the highly toted “#1 Chevy dealership in the US,” this experience tells me different. Please beware. They are dishonest and tell lie after lie to cover their backs. More

McCluskey Chevrolet is one of the worst dealerships in the entire country. I bought a truck from them, gave them $4000 down payment and they delivered my truck. Well come to find out they wasnt supposed t the entire country. I bought a truck from them, gave them $4000 down payment and they delivered my truck. Well come to find out they wasnt supposed to sell this truck and they have done some very illegal practices. Law states they have 10 days to let me know underwriting (loan) didnt go thru. They notified me on the 17th day. Also they guarantee financing. I called the loan company i was approved for and they told me it was McCluskey who backed out of the deal. They have threatened me, my family, and are now calling my neighbors trying to bribe them and defaming me. They have their own in house financing, yet they ran my credit to 16 loan companies you have to have almost perfect credit ... They did this to make sure i couldn't get a loan no where else. All the inquiries on my credit dropped it dramatically . My first payment for the loan was May 6th , I made the payment May 4th to the dealership and they accepted it . Then they also sent me an e-mail stating I hope I'm enjoying my Ram 1500 and thank you very much for being a great customer. All while they are contacting my friends, my neighbors, my employer, and repo agents to take a truck from me i have not defaulted on. They stopped the loan agreement with WestLake Financial, they ran my credit maliciously to loan companies they knew i wouldn't be approved for, they have tried to get me fired from my job, they have harassed me, they have lied to me, they have done very illegal things ... I got their conversations(on tape), there texts, and everything saved. I would recommend anyone to stay away and do not patronize McCluskey Chevrolet. These people are Crooks. They do not care about their customers,they do not follow their own policies, they break laws and threaten customers, and are the most unprofessional business i have ever meant... Bought a 2019 Dodge Caravan with 36k miles.. at the first oil change.. 40k miles.. 4k miles driven on, I was told that I needed to buy new tires and it was severely out of alignment! I called the person that sold it to me twice to see what they could do and he said he would call me back. He never did. I then called to talk with his boss.. sent to a voicemail and never heard back. If you do purchase... on test drive take to a mechanic and get everything looked at BEFORE you buy! I anticipate other things to be wrong so saving specifically for car repair.. smh! If you can't get tires right... only bigger problems ahead! BUYER BEWARE! More

Let this be noted donot buy a car from mccluskey any car period once they make the sale tough to bad for you if something goes wrong with your car no compassion what so ever. People like the mccluskeys sit upon their untouchable throne. Karma comes around sooner later and all i will have to do is sit and wait. I was raised to treat people right and with respect and you recieve that back obviously no morals taught there.my problem is 2016 chevy cruze with leak and water rolling around in my brand new car and recall on battery. Oh mighty mclusky could not even get me in for service so that big beautiful building and all your special things in your show room doesnot mean anything if you cant treat your customers right. I will not be back for new car there Mike Castrucci is the way to go first class service. Thankyou Mike Castrucci and employees!!!!! More

Family oriented. Best car buying experience yet! This was by far the best car buying experience I have encountered. I have bought 5 vehicles over the years at dealerships both large and small. McCluskey Chevy in the Kings Auto Mall outshined them all. We had the pleasure of working with Justin Smith throughout the buying process and still count on him as our "go to" person for all of our questions. He is very personable and friendly and treated us like family. Justin made us feel like he genuinely cared for us and was working to get us in the "perfect vehicle." SUCCESS!!! We love our new Traverse. It is the perfect family vehicle. From start to finish (and beyond), everyone at McCluskey was friendly and helpful.
