From the moment I walked into Falmouth Toyota I knew I was in good hands. The receptionist politely greeted me and walked me over to sales associate Ken Collings. Ken took his time to answer all of my questions (most of them without me even having to ask). I also had the pleasure of meeting with Matt Murphy, manager, who helped me decide what type of vehicle would fit my lifestyle the best. I never felt pressured into anything - it was clear their primary concern was to help me gain knowledge of what type of vehicle would meet my needs versus just making a sale and sending me on my way. Both Matt and Ken cared about my safety as if they were picking out a vehicle for a family member of their own. I also met with Justin White in the business department to finalize financial arrangements. Justin explained every to-be-signed document in detail, this was comforting to me as the last dealership experience I had I felt very rushed. I am now a happy owner of a 2022 Toyota Camry hybrid - it is such peace of mind to know I have such a safe, reliable vehicle. I've been on the market for awhile for a bigger car for my growing family. unfortunately with the chip shortage, all dealer lots are either empty or have old models with high miles. Ontop of all that; because of the lack of inventory on dealer lots; dealers are asking high prices for used models and well over MSRP. I wasn't sure what to expect when coming in check out their inventory. I test drove a used Prius which was nice, however, it still felt like it was lacking in the room I need for my growing family. Then a fresh off a lease RAV4 Hybrid rolled in and Justin Halstead went above and beyond in making sure that RAV4 was going home with me. Justin Halstead was so patient with me and knew it was hard for me to let go of my old car and didn't pressure me at all into getting the RAV4. And that's the thing about most dealers; most dealers will pressure you hard into buying a car from them. Justin didn't pressure me at all; which made the overall experience a wonderful experience. I've had friends and family who've bought cars from Falmouth Toyota over the years who've got nothing but positive experiences with the sales department. Justin White worked with me on the financing. He was a pleasure to deal with and was very witty and funny to talk with. He didn't pressure me at all as well, which usually when it comes to the Financing aspect of closing the deal on a car; I get cold feet. But he overall made me feel comfortable with my decision. I've got nothing but nice things to say about Falmouth Toyota and will recommend to anyone to go to them for their car buying needs. More

This is the 2nd car I bought through Falmouth Toyota, and specifically, David Digravio. I was looking for a Rav 4, no bells and whistles. David kept me updated and did his best to find the car I was looking for. When he presented us with the car, he showed us where there was a mark on the rear bumper. He said, "nobody likes surprises". He told us that FT was going to get it painted. When we went for the test drive, and checked out the car ourselves, I noticed a mark on the front bumper. When I came back I showed David. He said they would take care of that too. They are going to give you a fair book value price. If that is what you are looking for I recommend Falmouth Toyota. If your into haggling the price down, this is not the dealership. They are very upfront with the costs. Makes buying easy. More
