Where do I even start? This is our third purchase from Honda of Lincoln and our second with Erica. Once again, Erica was an absolute pleasure to work with. In our minds, Erica truly represents the "Honda Honda of Lincoln and our second with Erica. Once again, Erica was an absolute pleasure to work with. In our minds, Erica truly represents the "Honda of Lincoln Way" that we hear so much about on the radio and in television ads every day. She was honest, thorough and engaged in every step of our purchase process that we went through this time again. While working our way through this latest purchase, Erica provided us the opportunity to look at and/or test drive several different vehicles and color options - yes - even in todays marketplace where inventory is a challenging and moving target that changes almost from minute to minute. Erica listened to our wish list and then rounded up certified inventory from Civic's, to Accord's and CRV's in different colors and option levels. Her no pressure approach is so refreshing and made the entire buying process about as easy as one could ever hope for. Erica provided ample opportunities for my wife and I to talk through our thought process and buying decision without pressure and provided us an opportunity to test drive each vehicle we were interested in. A few years ago we purchased our first Honda and after meeting Erica when we were looking for our last two vehicles, there has been no looking back. From the moment we first met Erica until yesterday's purchase, Erica has been a great listener, worked to understand our wants and needs and then has provided us with options to consider at every twist and turn that we threw at her. Erica even has gone through each vehicle we have purchased to make sure that the clean up and vehicle prep are top notch so that the vehicles are truly ready to drive out of the delivery bay without issues or concerns about it being ready for the customer. Justin Wiley provided honest information and easy to navigate deals and then Chad Erwin was professional and thorough as we worked through the finance and extended warranty purchase options that were available to us. We have used Honda of Lincoln to service both of our Odyssey's that we have owned and have even brought our Toyota Camry to them for service and they have been very pleasant, honest an great to work with. Service and Honda warranty issues have been handled quickly and professionally from the moment we checked in until the moment we check out and leave the service area. As a person who works in the customer service industry, I understand the importance of first impressions and from the moment you meet Erica and the team that supports her sales efforts, you will not be disappointed. Thank you - once again - Erica, Justin and Chad. We hope we will be able to be back one day again to purchase another vehicle or two and we will definitely continue to use the service department!! I just purchased my new 2021 Honda Odyssey exL from Caleb, Justin, and help from Chad in finance. This was the most painless and easy car purchase I have had. It might also help that I’m a repeat customer. This is the 4th new Honda I have purchased with Caleb, Justin duo in the last 3 years. I have purchased a total of 7 Honda from Honda of Lincoln and the sister store in Omaha. I have probably went to every dealer over the years around Lincoln and Honda of Lincoln is definitely the best dealer hands down. They won’t lie to you or try and make a deal that isn’t good for you. They want what’s best for you rather what’s best for them. I have negotiated deals at other dealers and it has been a joke to say the least. But not here it’s always straight forward and honesty. There is a reason I have been back over the years. It’s always nice to see the same people and same faces still employed when I go back, they don’t have people quit and the employees tend to move up in the company. It’s an awesome feeling to see the same faces and see how they have progressed since the last time. The service department is also hands down one of the best in town. At Honda of Lincoln you become like family and they know your name and that alone is worth it. I’d like to thank Caleb Tran, Justin Wiley, Andrew Goodyear, Chad in finance and Bob in service for always calling to ask about my service or questions I have. It might be awhile for our next Honda but I’m sure I will be in to help someone else or get service and wonder around to say hi and catch up. Honda of Lincoln is the best Honda dealer in the Midwest and the best car dealer in Lincoln hands down! More
