Had my 2020 Tahoe in for major transmission work at 22k miles which I wasn't happy about. I called my salesman Chris for the best approach on this as he was the one who I had a past buying relationship wit miles which I wasn't happy about. I called my salesman Chris for the best approach on this as he was the one who I had a past buying relationship with. Chris got me connected immediately with those in service to address my concerns even though he was my sales guy. Juan got me set with appointments , loaner and call backs and Mike took the xtra effort to see that my repairs were satisfactory, complete and helped me address my concerns about the vehicles reliability in miles to come. He even contacted Chevy on my behalf to get an extended powertrain warranty that exceeded my expectations. These guys are the reason I continue to do my business with Phillips . Thanks again R.
