From the first day I went into the dealership I felt like people were working diligently on getting me the best deal possible for my new lease. This is the very first dealership that I have been to that the actual owner, KC Han, approached me and asked how I was doing and taught me a little bit about the lease process. After leaving the dealership, satisfied with the price I was going to pay, I reached out to another Toyota dealership in Tucson. The Tucson dealership gave me a lower price for a slightly different model. I told Jason and he said that KC would not lose my business and decided to match the lower price. The final day that I walked into the dealership I felt like a celebrity. Everyone knew who I was and welcomed my family and I to the table to finalize the deal. Everything went smooth from there.
