I feel like every time we take the car to be serviced there is always over $1,000 worth of additional things that "need" to be done. I did not have it done because I feel like it is overpriced. Our PA E-Z pass was left in our car and when we contacted the dealership they could not find it. The salesman offered $10.00 for the replacement cost. We did not receive this. When we went for out 30 day service checkup, he pulled a $10 bill from his wallet. We declined the gesture. We had already replace it which cost $35.00. When we had the 30 day service checkup the car was returned to us with great stains all over it. The only good thing I have to say is that Mark Thomas was friendly and efficient More
