Always disappointed I have had my car in the shop 8 times since I have bought it only 4 months ago - it is used, but Toyota seemed to think charging me a High price for a I have had my car in the shop 8 times since I have bought it only 4 months ago - it is used, but Toyota seemed to think charging me a High price for a "non accident" car was OK. Bent Axles proved that. They tried to send me away but I kept pushing and finally they fixed it at their cost. Been back since as squeeling led to believe it was a hung caliper. They then tried to tell me it was the brakes. I denied them fixing it, went to my local, he measured and told me the brakes were at a "6", Toyota told me they were at a "3", so I know where to put my trust now. Tires also kept going flat, I had to replace all the tires and the sensors, Toyota replaced "1". I'm done with them, and will go back to motor world next time, and not any Toyota brand. Still waiting for them to fix the paint they promised... . More

Satisfactorily performed all the service work agreed upon My interaction with the business department was disappointing. I had to wait an hour and 1/2 before I saw Howard and then he was slow and seemed some My interaction with the business department was disappointing. Three hour for a business/loan transaction seemed excessive. More
