Service on car Jake was not very friendly. I called for a ride at 755am to pick me up so I could retrieve my car after it was done being serviced and he seemed like Jake was not very friendly. I called for a ride at 755am to pick me up so I could retrieve my car after it was done being serviced and he seemed like he couldn't be bothered answering my call and said there was no one available at the time and seemed like he couldnt even be bothered putting my name on the list so someone would call me back to schedule a pickup. I waited an hour and no one even called to schedule a time! I then called Toyota back and spoke to kacie who was more than kind enough to help me and even offered to have my car dropped off to me. I told her I wanted to cancel my service plans/contracts and get a refund because there just always seems to be a problem anymore but she convinced me to try one more time. More

Relax get here on time,staff loves that, take a minute to see what they will do to the car, grab a cup of coffee, sit down in waitin get here on time,staff loves that, take a minute to see what they will do to the car, grab a cup of coffee, sit down in waiting area watch tv or take a nap! and bingo your car is up to snuff for the next service time.
