Service department was outstanding like always, sales team was no where to be found. I came to get my truck Serviced and had wife with to buy a new car, not a single person from sales spoke to us or ack team was no where to be found. I was very disappointed in your dealership when we brought our escape in for air conditioning service. It’s hard for me to believe that you’re not stocking AC parts in the summer so that customers ca brought our escape in for air conditioning service.
