Excellent I’ve already sent my review to the sales manager. My experience was satisfying to the extent that I would purchase another vehicle from nimnicht. Charles listened to, and remembered, what we wanted in our vehicles. Charles was honest and knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. If he didn’t know an answer he told us “I don’t know, but I will find out”. He kept his word and brought us the answer to our questions. To me that meant a lot! Karen was a pleasure to work with. She fought long and hard during our experience with the financial side of the house. Karen was open and honest and left no questions unanswered. Both Charles and Karen made this a great buying experience. More

I had specific things I wanted and a firm budget that I wanted to stay in. It took a bit but hubby and I both walked out with new vehicles. And they made it happen under what I wanted to spend. Poor Nova ran around dealership making sure ALL our needs were met to make sure we left completely happy. All while pregnant 🙌🏼 Big thank you to them both. More
