I was going out of town, so I put down a deposit to hold it until I got back to Jacksonville. My wife & I went to see the truck today. It had a huge sign in the windshield with my name on it! Within seconds of our arrival, Shane greeted us. I’ve known Karen for 25 years, but met Shane less than a year ago when he helped my 79 year old mother buy a car. He treated her with respect & made sure that she understood every step of the process. That being said, I was instantly comfortable with him. My point is simple. If you want a Chevy, look nowhere else than Karen & Shane at Nimnicht! My wife will be in the market for a vehicle before too long. Trust me, we won’t deal with anybody else, & neither should you! More

UPDATE: horrible communication skills from all employees. They offer to communicate via text or email per customer request, but not enough. When talking on the phone is hard due to work or personal circumstances, texting or emailing should be efficient for both sides of communication because it is new world technology & everything is digitalized, even at their office. So they should be profound in electronic communication. When there were problems in paperwork, they offered no alternatives. Messages via voicemail & sms text messages sounded threatening & like they accuse someone of being a criminal. Carl, did not explain anything at all. Several times had paperwork done, changed or requested without information regarding what it was. More

Got Keys to a Brand New Chevrolet Hi, I recently purchased my new 2019 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab All-Star Edition from the great folks at Nimnicht Chevrolet and couldn’t be happier. My Hi, I recently purchased my new 2019 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab All-Star Edition from the great folks at Nimnicht Chevrolet and couldn’t be happier. My salesperson was Christina and she was awesome! I’m not sure if Nimnicht allows their employees unlimited coffee or not but Christina’s energy would definitely suggest that they do lol. I let her know I don’t like to spend a lot of time at the dealership when purchasing a vehicle so she had everything prepared as much as possible when I arrived. Once I arrived at the dealership, she was ready for our appointment and made me tired watching her run around getting my deal done. Overall I’m very satisfied with my purchase and choosing this dealership over the one I was originally working with, Coggin Chevrolet, lost my business by failing to reply to my phone calls, texts and emails after letting them know I was going to purchase the next day. Didn’t take my business seriously and accused me of just price shopping once I let them know I chose to take my business elsewhere. Nimnicht beat them on price and customer service. That’s all you could ask for when shopping for a new vehicle. Thanks to all the staff that made my experience great, especially my salesperson Christina and Sales Manager Karen! More

Our sales lady, Laverne, went above and beyond to get us the Tahoe we wanted at the terms we needed. I’d also like to mention how this wasn’t a “typical” car dealership. From the wonderful greetings, happy atmosphere, seriously can’t remember ever seeing that, to the streamlined purchasing process. I will never buy from another dealership, I feel like Nimnicht is family! Can’t wait to share our experience with all 2300 of my closest friends and family!
