Mary, Tomas, Karl and Jared were all extremely knowledgeable in their area of expertise. The overall experience was friendly, professional and in a timely manner. They each went out of their way to make my purchase a positive one. I love my new car and highly recommend anyone to purchase from Ferman. Jamie in service is also amazing. She’s been my advisor for over 10 years (in different capacities) and is always honest and gracious. More

But the greatness does not stop there, Jamie Annese in service is always there when things go wrong, her communication is amazing, always responding promptly, and I feel that she always has my best interest at heart. . This is not a car dealership... to us it is a family, and they treat you that way. More

Quick and Easy 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Ferman BMW Palm Harbor. The entire staff from our client advisor Dan McCloy, General Sales Manager Karl Alvarez and 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Ferman BMW Palm Harbor. The entire staff from our client advisor Dan McCloy, General Sales Manager Karl Alvarez and Finance Director Bobby Haines all gave us exceptional service. You don't feel like your dealing with the typical sleazy car sales staff here. We are always treated in a respectful and professional manner throughout the buying process. My wife and I have bought many cars in our lifetime, most of the time we dread the experience. Buying from this team make it feel kind of like dealing with your family. Highly recommend this sales team to take care of your car buying needs. Allen H. More
