A nice sales and service experience We found a used vehicle online and were assigned a salesman by the name of Tony Araujo. Tony treated us very respectfully, answered all questions and We found a used vehicle online and were assigned a salesman by the name of Tony Araujo. Tony treated us very respectfully, answered all questions and was very helpful. He made our buying experience easy. After receiving our registration and subsequent state inspection, it was revealed that two tires would allow a "pass". Technically, they were within limits when we purchased the vehicle but did not pass upon inspection. After sharing the concern with Younger the service department honored us by replacing the two tires, though they were not required. We appreciated that they considered it as more of moral obligation and a gesture of good customer service. Thank you. More

He didn't pressure me in any way to buy a car...he was professional and pleasant. We were there for about 2 hrs. and he kept us informed as to what was going on. I also worked with Edward Beleznay concerning the financing of my car. It took him a while to find the right financial fit for me, but he took the extra time to find the right one for my circumstances. . He was pleasant, professional and informative. Everyone was very friendly and didn't hesitate to say hello or talk with us as we waited. I would recommend Younger Nissan for their professional, friendly service. They were great to work with. More

Best pricing, friendly employees. Great experience! This was my daughters first time experiencing her own car purchase (she was not involved with her first car purchase). This was the first place we stopped by to look at cars. After we tried a few other place, we ultimately ended up coming back and purchasing the first car we looked at. Tony Araujo was our sales guy and he was Awesome! He did not try to "up" sell my daughter and really made sure she was getting a car that worked for her. He really listened to what she wanted. So when we went out on our test drive he really took his time to point out and show her all the features and handling of the car she was asking for. Karl Brady gave us a great price on her trade-in, I didnt feel the need to try to get him up higher, I felt it was an honest fair price from the start. Rob Harley & Jesse T. did an awesome job on financing. We were buying in the evening (some banks were closed), so in the morning they called us back to say they called around and found us a better rate:). You all did an awesome job, thanks everybody! More

Low-pressure, straight-forward. Poor customer management. Pros: 1) Straight-forward pricing with no hard up-sells. 2) Very easy communication over text messages with Tony. Cons: 1) Long Wait - Despite paying by cash, still had to wait nearly two hours to see the finance manager. We had offered to come back later in the day after lunch but were told that we should stay and that we would be out any minute. Escalated to Karl who then said that there's no reason to be angry and should just continue to wait. Total time at dealership: 3.5 hours. 2) Errors in Financing - Had to catch a number of errors in the numbers. Listed sales tax at 4.5% when it should have been 4.15%. Finance manager said someone else prepared the numbers. Whoever prepares the numbers for you, it's your job to review it before it's finally presented to the customer. The buck has to stop somewhere. Furthermore, had to have them remove additional fees since this was a cash purchase. Would have ended paying more had I not caught there errors myself. Nevertheless, I 'd recommend this dealership so long as you're 1) prepared to keep an eye on the numbers yourself and 2) bring your lunch. More

The BEST Dealership I have EVER bought from! First of all I called to inquiry about a used vehicle and was transferred immediately to the nicest, most professional individual I’ve ever dealt with First of all I called to inquiry about a used vehicle and was transferred immediately to the nicest, most professional individual I’ve ever dealt with, Christa. She couldn’t have been nicer and scheduled a test drive for me the following day. When I showed up I was greeted by my salesman, Joey Johnson. Again, the nicest and lowest pressure salesman you will ever meet! A great guy all the way around...ask for Joey! He brought the vehicle to me and recommend I take a long drive to get to know the vehicle and come back at least 30 mins later. We loved the vehicle and the dealership...it’s no wonder the dealership has so many accolades! We worked with Joey and the sales manager, Karl Brady...again, Karl couldn’t have been a nicer guy and more professional to work with! We will NOT be buying another vehicle anywhere else, ONLY from Younger! Thanks Christa, Joey and Karl for a great buying experience! You have a customer for life! More
