Mr. Karl Smith is simply the "Best". After searching all over town being faced with No inventory and inflated prices, we got a great deal on a new suv with Karl Smith at Heritage Hyundai Towsoni. He is honest, straight forward and very knowledgeable. With Mr. Smith's expertise what seemed like an impossible dream of getting a new vehicle for my daughter became a possible a dream and a reality. If you want to walk into a dealership and ask for what you want and do not want to walk out feeling like you settled for less than you wanted, this is where you need to go. Karl delivered a truly fantastic experience! He was knowledgeable about the cars that we wanted to look at and was very patient as we juggled our choices.
