From the initial shopping on line until the completed paperwork, Karl was on top of everything. There was a slight issue with the payoff of my Nissan Rogue and when I spoke to Karl about it, he said that paperwork, Karl was on top of everything. There was a slight issue with the payoff of my Nissan Rogue and when I spoke to Karl about it, he said that he would take care of it. A few days later, I received a check in the exact amount that I felt was due to me. He definitely took care of me.I certainly will continue to deal with Audi Devon. Also, Demery took care of the purchase in an efficient manner with no "bumps in the road". The Best! More
