I was driving the day after my service and used my windshield washer fluid. Immediately after the warning came on that it was low. They are supposed to top off all fluids and tell you you they do. It overcharged me. I went for an oil change and I ended up paying for an unwanted tire rotation. Then the attendant, after I released my minivan to her, told me to wait I went for an oil change and I ended up paying for an unwanted tire rotation. Then the attendant, after I released my minivan to her, told me to wait in the lobby. I did. But she did not come to get me even though my service was completed promptly. I waited three hours at the lobby and when I went to ask the attendant about my oil change, she told me that she was calling my husband and me, when we specifically agree that I would be - in person - waiting to be called back in the lobby. I should get a 50% rebate for overcharging me and forgetting me for three hours in the establishment lobby. More

They did an amazing job. But accidentally broke my key where it hooks on/holds the round metal key thingy. But didn’t offer a way to replace it. Which I thought odd.
