It overcharged me. I went for an oil change and I ended up paying for an unwanted tire rotation. Then the attendant, after I released my minivan to her, told me to wait in the lobby. I did. But she did not come to get me even though my service was completed promptly. I waited three hours at the lobby and when I went to ask the attendant about my oil change, she told me that she was calling my husband and me, when we specifically agree that I would be - in person - waiting to be called back in the lobby. I should get a 50% rebate for overcharging me and forgetting me for three hours in the establishment lobby. More
