Overall experience with Kathy was great she explained everything kept me informed. Service took longer than expected tho, was told I would get a car wash didn't happen it was the same way I brought it in everything kept me informed. Service took longer than expected tho, was told I would get a car wash didn't happen it was the same way I brought it in, looked like they only vacuum the top carpet all the dirt was underneath. I didn't expect a full service car detail but my grand kid service is better that's the sad. Coming from Lexus I expected better. More
