Took almost 2 and half hours to just oil change . And team member like they don’t care ask the lady she ignore me and then ask other guy he ignored me and at 6:30 when I ask for my truck back I don’t need oil change then they said oh mechanic just start poring oil . Like it’s worse than worse . If it’s that long so what’s the purpose of appointment why they ask to make an appointment before come . Never going back . More

Service was just for an oil change and tire rotation. Service agent (Katie) was very friendly and personable. I did receive a txt regarding needing a cabin air filter before getting the txt that the se Service agent (Katie) was very friendly and personable.
