I recently had a very disappointing experience with Cobb County Toyota. I took my car in for a repair under warranty, expecting the process to be straightforward. It became evident that the client advisor didn't make the right claim, which led to the denial by the warranty company. This oversight caused me unnecessary stress and left me without a properly functioning vehicle. I expected better service and professionalism from a reputable dealership like Cobb County Toyota. This experience has made me reconsider future business with them. More
