My Service Advisor was Katie F. She was quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Knowing that brake fluid was low, she called a mechanic to measure the brake pads before taking the car She was quick, knowledgeable and friendly. My service rep, Katie Fuller, was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and a good communicator. She provided good explanations and answered all our questions. For this older vehicle, I now know it professional, friendly, and a good communicator. She provided good explanations and answered all our questions. For this older vehicle, I now know it might be better to request for the main shop do the 5K service and have them perform a more thorough inspection/diagnostic routine. I am disappointed that a more thorough inspection of the brake system was not performed at my regular 5K service just last month. I mentioned the front end shaking when braking at highway speeds. The alignment recommended at the time did not fix the problem. This time, a more thorough inspection of the brake system revealed the rotor issue. Plus, a more comprehensive inspection/diagnostic last month just might have revealed the C/S Passenger Front CV Axle Leaking before the warning lights came on. More
