Do not use the service departments had my car there 3x and they did bot fix the problem i spoke with Todd Pluger the Service Director who advised me to take my business else where as they do not service m and they did bot fix the problem i spoke with Todd Pluger the Service Director who advised me to take my business else where as they do not service my kind of people and when i asked him what kind of people was that he hung up the phone on me stay far away from this place as possible. The only reason I gave it a 3-star review was nobody acknowledged me when I pulled in for service, everyone was looking on their computers. Finally a nice lady came and helped me, I had just finished my acknowledged me when I pulled in for service, everyone was looking on their computers. Finally a nice lady came and helped me, I had just finished my infusion at my doctors office. Also I had a nail in one tire that was not even found by the service technician, apparently it has been in there for some time. To top it off, my vehicle was given to another elderly couple when it was finished with its service, the elderly couple realized it wasn’t their vehicle and brought the keys back to the service checkout desk. More

The repair to our car was eventually covered by insurance but the process took some time between Cobb County Toyota and State Farm, so our car was in the shop from May 25 to June 15. Getting updates were ha but the process took some time between Cobb County Toyota and State Farm, so our car was in the shop from May 25 to June 15. Getting updates were hard and estimated time to repair was hard also. When we did pick up the vehicle, the repair had been done very well and we have had no trouble with the function of the car. More
