Salesman was kind and patient and not pushy which was appreciated. Unfortunately my clearly stated expectations for purchase were ignored outright or minimally met. Seemed to be a major communication breakdown between departments. I believe Keaton did his best. Love the vehicle itself, but didn't love it's presentation at time of purchase. Expected TLC could have been better at time of sale. More
