05' MDX Service I've been trying to resolve a vibration issue on my 05' MDX for the past 6 months. I initially brought my car to local auto mechanics but the problem I've been trying to resolve a vibration issue on my 05' MDX for the past 6 months. I initially brought my car to local auto mechanics but the problem was never resolved properly. It wasn't until I consulted with the service department @ Rallye Acura. After diagnosis, they were able to find the root cause of the problem and advise me accordingly. The individuals I dealt with were professional, courteous and very friendly...they listen to the customer. I purchased my MDX @ Rallye Acura and I will continue to use them for my service needs. More

In my opinion the level of service provided by this dealer is great. Last Friday I was helped by Mr. Chad Tammaro who was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered my questions. In the past I have been helped by Mr. Keeyoung Moon, also part of the Service staff, who is also very experienced, friendly and honest. The level of service by the Rallye Acura dealer was far beyond my expectations. I trust Rallye Acura for my Acura vehicles.... I took my other Acura vehicle (2012 TL) to Rallye Acura for service. I bought this vehicle in an Acura dealership in Queens, but I prefer Rallye to perform my services. I trust Rallye Acura because I have proven that they can be trusted. I like the customer service when making appointments. They are very nice and respectful to talk to. I like their valet staff when they greet you when you drop your vehicle up front. I like their service advisors. Not only they're knowledgeable, but also they follow up and give you status update of your vehicle. So all in all, I like what I'm seeing with the Service dept. at Rallye Acura. I've been with them for the past 2 years and I will continue to go there to have my vehicles serviced. I'm still 100% satisfied with their service quality. More

I was frustrated with my car stuck in the snow and the tow truck taking three hours to bring it to the dealer but Moon, Darell, and James were super helpful and made me feel more at ease. I just needed a regular service, but I was new to the area. I brought my car in and not only did I feel they were honest, but they were really nice. When I asked about any coupons or deals they had goi area. I brought my car in and not only did I feel they were honest, but they were really nice. When I asked about any coupons or deals they had going on, my service advisor, Chris, actually did look and when he didn't see one that would work for my service, he gave me a discount anyway! And the complimentary car wash was great, inside and out my car looks so much nicer! Thank you Rallye Acura! More
