I bought my MDX from Rallye Acura in 2010 and Chris Bello I bought my MDX from Rallye Acura in 2010 and Chris Bello was my salesman. I just wanted to go back and give him a shout out since I was very impr I bought my MDX from Rallye Acura in 2010 and Chris Bello was my salesman. I just wanted to go back and give him a shout out since I was very impressed working with him to buy the MDX. I had visited several other Acura dealers getting price quotes, test driving, etc.. When I got to Rallye, Chris was definitely the most professional and easiest salesman I had dealt with. He seemed like a straight shooter, I had told him I already visited other dealers he worked with me to get the best deal (which included a trade in). I would definitely recommend him to others and would use him again. In the 3 years I have had the car, even though I live in Dix Hills and there are other Acura dealers closer to me, I still go to Rallye for all my service needs due to their excellent customer/car service. Yes, as with any dealership services it does cost a bit more for most types of services as compared to non-dealership car servicing places however, when you get it done at Rallye you can be confident it is done right, in a timely fashion and the prices are definitely not outrageous. While you wait you are provided all the amenities (coffee, wifi, tv, phone charging station, etc...). Or if the service takes longer, I have never had an issue getting a loaner. I think Rallye gets it, provide great service and the customer will see value in it and return, which I do. I have worked with Chad, Enza and KeeYoung in the service department they are all very professional, courteous and attentive to all the customers needs. I would recommend Rallye Acura servicing to others. More

We came in to Acura for routine service. Everything went smoothly, nice waiting area and best of all courteous service by the service advisor, Mr. Moon. He went above and beyond his job requirements. He i smoothly, nice waiting area and best of all courteous service by the service advisor, Mr. Moon. He went above and beyond his job requirements. He is very friendly and very professional. Most importantly, he cares about our time and needs. The next day after the service, Ms. Comito called to follow up if I was satisfied with the service. They sure made me feel like a special customer. More

Yesterday was my first service visit for my Acura TL. I arrived in the driveway, was greeted by a friendly young man who opened the door to the service department. I signed in and spoke with Keeyoung Moon, a cheerful professional, who discussed the power steering with me. Knowledgeable as well as pleasant, he assured me my car would be serviced shortly and asked if I had time for a car wash. I said yes and waited in the reception area , appointed with tv, Ipads, coffee and bagels. All in all, a perfect way to have my car serviced. Regards, Angela Governale More

I had leased my 2012 Acura TL from Jeri Billman this past March. She was wonderful to deal with and presented a clear, concise, and enticing offer. Although I wasn't really ready to get a new car, she did March. She was wonderful to deal with and presented a clear, concise, and enticing offer. Although I wasn't really ready to get a new car, she did a great job convincing me that I should trade in my 2009 for the new 2012 TL. I have not regretted that decision at all and I am very pleased with my new car and the tech package that I really wanted. Jeri made leasing a new car very easy for me and for that I truly appreciate her sales expertise and support. I brought my TL in for service on Sept. 27th, and was treated very courteously by Keeyoung Moon, the service advisor. As I was in a hurry to get to work, he did his best to rush the process for me and I was in and out of the service department in 45 minutes. The car wash was also a great bonus. All in all, my experience with Rallye Acura has been excellent. More

I came in for a lot of work on my 2010 TSX and I was told that it would be done by 9:00am. I got out at 8:30am the service was outstanding from start to finish. You team is the best in class..
