Had an appointment for a recall that was cancelled and no one let me know. I'd cleared my schedule to be without my car for 24 hours and the recall isn't being done. The service manager went back and forth w one let me know. I'd cleared my schedule to be without my car for 24 hours and the recall isn't being done. The service manager went back and forth with my advisor and another next to her 3x about it happening, happening without having to wait, and then no, not happening. Shuttle driver was great- even though he's not really the driver, just someone nice enough to fill in. Keiara argued my location was outside the allowed range when it was not according to my map. No one seemed willing to assist with the frustrating situation. My audio recall and horn replacement was completed. When I returned, keiara said 'I didn't calm you.' She did, told me they'd be done with my car in 10 minutes, and sent the shuttle for me which is how i was able to return for my car an hour after she called. So... doesn't seem like anyone has their act together for service or customer care. More
