I am not pleased with the fact that I paid, in cash, for 4 new Michelin tires and was sent on way (after just passing inspection) with a leaking valve stem. I left shortly after for NJ. I had to stop at 4 new Michelin tires and was sent on way (after just passing inspection) with a leaking valve stem. I left shortly after for NJ. I had to stop at 2 shop , as I was told I had dirt on the bead ( paying each time). I stopped x 7 to fill the tire with air.. when I arrived home, the car was brought back to Cortese, where the problem was resolved. I feel my time, money, and frustration should be compensated for with 2 free oil changes and tire rotations. More

We brought our car to be serviced under a warranty repair the manufacturer sent us a paper to bring the car in. They lost our car for a week, never fixed it and said they wouldn't honor the warranty because the manufacturer sent us a paper to bring the car in. When we finally got our car back it smelled of cigarettes. They deny it all and blame us. Find another Ford dealer before you buy or bring your car here. More

I was very disappointed with my service this visit. I had a 7:30 appointment and did not have any info back until the next day. After that it took 4 more days to get my truck back. This was also for brake service on a wheel that had just been serviced 4.5 months prior. I was charged again for pads and rotor. I had to call for updates and quite often my calls would not be returned. I also left a message for the service manager about not getting updates or my calls returned and never heard back from him either. I understand being busy but it doesn't take that long for a quick update call. More
