My first visit to the service department was a great experience. The service manager was very kind, soft spoken, and attentive to my situation. Despite a horrendous snowstorm the night before, he was ab experience. The service manager was very kind, soft spoken, and attentive to my situation. Despite a horrendous snowstorm the night before, he was able to get my oil change and tire rotation completed quickly with just a skeleton crew. I'll be back! More

First you didn't say that there would be a charge to use my credit card until I was there ready to pay. I would have made other arrangements if I had known. Also, you didn't fix the problem.
