Cheryl Cooper was great! She made me feel very comfortable from the initial Telluride presentation all the way through to the key handoff. She also made sure I knew how all the bells and whistles comfortable from the initial Telluride presentation all the way through to the key handoff. She also made sure I knew how all the bells and whistles worked prior to me leaving the lot. She is definitely a one of a kind sales person. I recommend 100%! More

Doug was polite, professional and personable. We had a minor disagreement on some post-sale items which required the involvement of the used car sales manager and some patience as Doug navigated the prope minor disagreement on some post-sale items which required the involvement of the used car sales manager and some patience as Doug navigated the proper channels, but he held true to our agreement. In the end we were satisfied with the vehicle we purchased and the repairs we agreed on. Nice Pashos, used car sales manager, became involved and wasn’t overly helpful to the resolution of some issues. His focus on bottom-line over solutions provided limited avenues of resolution for both parties. I understand it’s a business, but there were several alternative solutions that weren’t explored due to his stance of “we’re losing $X already because this deal was so good for you and so bad for us”. On a side note, we didn’t challenge the price. We agreed to the advertised price without any negotiation. Venisha Thomas, service department, could not have been any more pleasant to work with. She was upfront, honest, and incredibly understanding of the situation. I cannot say enough good things about her role in resolving the issues we encountered. Keith Sutton, service department, was also incredibly polite and helpful. While I only worked with him in a limited capacity, I’d gladly work with him again should the need arise. Justin Johnson, finance, was helpful, but a bit pushy when we rejected the extended warranty and additionally priced services after the sale. I’m sure up selling is incentivized/encouraged, but I shouldn’t have to explain my reasoning when I decide against an additional option. More
