They were very helpful in leading me through the car buying process. And I know that if anymore questions arise I can go back to them and get help. The dealership itself we have history as a client more than once and have not had a problem with the sales end they have always done a good job but unfortunately can not say the same about my families exp than once and have not had a problem with the sales end they have always done a good job but unfortunately can not say the same about my families experience previously with the service department. Highly recommend the sales end 100% they do an amazing job but I would not feel comfortable ever again even stepping foot in the service department and have avoided ever needing to go back to the service department within Toyota of Lancaster More
