Excellent service from the start of our sale to the completion of our sale for a 2021 Kia Van. Kelvin was great, we had a 2019 Kia Van that we loved but sadly lost due to Hurricane Isaias and we were completion of our sale for a 2021 Kia Van. Kelvin was great, we had a 2019 Kia Van that we loved but sadly lost due to Hurricane Isaias and we were devastated. Kelvin took his time and patience with us and we now are the owners of a brand new 2021 van that is exactly like the one we had prior to the storm. Kelvin was super and we were very happy with him. He made a stressful situation very nice and is an awesome sales person start to finish. More

This is the first time I bought a brand new car and the first time I bought from a big dealership. This is my 3rd kia suv. My first was a 2010 Kia Sportage, then a 2015 Kia Sorento and now a 2020 Kia Sportage SX Turbo. Mr. Kelvin was very easy to talk to and took the time to show me all the features on the car and how to use them. Any concerns I had before and after the sale he took care of. He is a true asset to Coastal Kia and I appreciate his genuine self. You don't find that alot. Anytime I have a question he is a phone call or visit away. So all in all I had a great experience More

Good price, not so good finish to the process Kelvin was very easy to work with and offered me the best price for the car I could find so I went in and bought it. Kelvin quoted one finance rate an Kelvin was very easy to work with and offered me the best price for the car I could find so I went in and bought it. Kelvin quoted one finance rate and paperwork was created with a different rate. The incorrect rate was not pointed out during the signing process by Mike, the finance manager, and subsequently went unnoticed by me until I got home. When I communicated the error through email, Kelvin and I had the same "story" of what went down at the dealership regarding the interest rate. Mike and I then had an unpleasant conversation, which essentially implied that I either didn't remember the events of the day before or I was lying about them. I wasn't happy. After further discussion at the dealership between Kelvin, Mike, and the head of Sales, Mike corrected the interest rate to what was agreed upon at the time of the sale. I had to make another trip to Wilmington to sign the new paperwork, and they had to send a driver to Raleigh for my daughter to sign because of her very busy clinical schedule at NC State Vet Hospital. Although requested by me, there was no compensation (in the form of Sportage car accessories) for our dissatisfaction of the process or time and expenses required to fix their mistake. I feel that this inexpensive and easy fix to an unpleasant sales experience would have made a difference. Experiences like mine are what gives car salesmen a bad name. More

2020 Kia Sorento- ease of the deal Did this whole purchase on line and phone with Kelvin. Spoke with many dealers in the last 2 weeks and Coastal was the most responsive. Never even visited the dealer which is 240 miles from my house. Kelvin even arranged to have the car delivered to my home. This was the easiest transaction I ever had when buying a car. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
