Ken has been with Falmouth Toyota since 2006, with Toyota Motor Sales since 1988. He has served in the capacity of sales consultant, business manager, Internet manager and sales manager, a position he held for ten years at a previous Toyota dealership. Ken has been a Cape Codder since the early 80’s when he was a mid-Cape Real Estate Broker. Ken’s professional and no pressure demeanor is easily recognized and appreciated by his extremely loyal customers. Ken always takes the time for all his customers, old and new alike. In his spare time Ken is a lifelong surfer with vacation time still spent chasing the perfect wave! He is a 25+ year participant in the Cape Cod Oldtimers Longboard charity event. I recently purchased a certified used Avalon at this dealership. Mike Lantz notified me that an Avalon that I may be of interest to me was for sale. Ken Collins professionally showed and sold me the automobile. The transaction, trade-in and final paperwork was simple, accurate and very professionally done. Customer service at this dealership was incredible. Mike even delivered to my office the special order custom weather floor mats. This is the third car I have purchased from this dealership and will get my next car here too. More

We went to Falmouth Toyota to take advantage of the short time offer of 0% Financing and because we wanted a new Toyota Prius since our Prius was an '04. The Murphy family is also community spirited and help time offer of 0% Financing and because we wanted a new Toyota Prius since our Prius was an '04. The Murphy family is also community spirited and helps our particular charity a great deal. We particularly went to see Ken Collins in Sales because he has assisted us with car purchases for over two decades. Ken listened to our concerns and ordered the exact Prius and color we wanted, did not try to sell us more than we wanted. The best part is how much all the staff including Matt Murphy and the folks in the Finance Department did all the paper work down to the last detail and treated us like we were buying the most expensive vehicle available. Front Office, Back Office, Sales and Service all made the purchase of our new 2013 Prius a pleasurable experience right down to the coffee and fruit. We also had a fairly complicated trade in which Ken facilitated with ease. Thanks to all the folks at Falmouth Toyota. We just referred another couple to Ken Collins with confidence. More

I've had an excellent experience with Ken Collings at Falmouth Toyota. I had been to 3 other dealers and called/ e-mailed 4 more. Ken told me how it was and worked with me honestly. I don't like the game Falmouth Toyota. I had been to 3 other dealers and called/ e-mailed 4 more. Ken told me how it was and worked with me honestly. I don't like the games at other dealerships. Here there weren't any. I bought my truck for exactly what we agreed on. I wasn't going to finance through the dealer, but I was pleasantly surprised that they beat my credit unions interest rate. When we signed all the papers the dealer fees were the least expensive of all the one I looked at. There were no hidden costs or fees and no pressure to buy silly added extras. I highly recommend Mr. Collings to anyone interested in buying a car. More

Ken Collings was super helpful and friendly. This was a great car buying experience. Every question I had, Ken took all the time need to answer it. I love the 2011 Prius that I bought. I am so glad about getting 50 mpg to help the environment and save on gas. The car is in excellent condition, however, I did find a few tiny scratches. Car dealerships are not expected to be very effective when it comes to treating the customer fairly and with professionalism - and I expected Falmouth Toyota to be typical. But I was wrong. Ken Collings, when it comes to treating the customer fairly and with professionalism - and I expected Falmouth Toyota to be typical. But I was wrong. Ken Collings, my salesperson, was professional, honest, low pressure oriented, and overall someone I not only would buy a vehicle from, but would actually have a beer with in his off-hours. And I don't just drink with anyone!! I was interested in possibly leasing a Toyota, but didn't know all the nuances of such an arrangement. Ken took the time to explain the pros and cons and carefully helped me consider my decision. I was most appreciative of this treatment. The whole experience wasn't hurried, and i ultimately ended up leasing a Venza from the dealership. Once the sale was made, he didn't shuttle me off to the financial trust of the dealer, but hung with me the whole way. And he negotiated honestly and fairly on my trade. I felt I knew what my trade was worth, and Ken came darned close. While I haven't experienced the service center yet, I am confident they will also be capable and professional. Overall, my experience was very positive, probably the best I have ever had. Being 65 years of age, I have purchased my share of vehicles, so that is saying something. I would and will recommend Falmouth Toyota and Ken Collings to my friends and family. More
