We happened to connect with Ken Collings because he answered the phone. He was a good listener, understood what we wanted, explained available choices, and got right on finding the car we wanted at a B answered the phone. When he delivered the vehicle, he was patient with technical issues we encountered until we got them resolved. I'd especially recommend him to any customer 50 or over. He does not race over things, speaks slowly and clearly,not like the typical 20's waitress "Hi. I'm Barabara. I'll be your server tonight. Is there anything I can get you now?" all in the space of four seconds. More

I have always had a great experience at Falmouth Toyota and never feel as though I have gotten anything less than excellent service and a very good deal. Everyone I have encountered, from Tom Murphy, through salespeople such as Ken Collings (who I have worked with on my last 2 Toyota purchases) and right through to their wonderful Service Department have always made it a great experience to work with them.I would highly recommend them as the place to go for Sales and Service. And no, I am not a relative!! Just a very satisfied customer!! More
