Ken has been with Falmouth Toyota since 2006, with Toyota Motor Sales since 1988. He has served in the capacity of sales consultant, business manager, Internet manager and sales manager, a position he held for ten years at a previous Toyota dealership. Ken has been a Cape Codder since the early 80’s when he was a mid-Cape Real Estate Broker. Ken’s professional and no pressure demeanor is easily recognized and appreciated by his extremely loyal customers. Ken always takes the time for all his customers, old and new alike. In his spare time Ken is a lifelong surfer with vacation time still spent chasing the perfect wave! He is a 25+ year participant in the Cape Cod Oldtimers Longboard charity event. This is the second car I've bought from Ken -- he's very helpful and friendly. He patiently guided me through all the bells and whistles that were new to me, and I really appreciated how he arranged for th helpful and friendly. Extremely happy with Ken Collings, the salesman. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the new features on the vehicle. I was disappointed that the dealership could not have the state inspection done in a timely fashion. We scheduled an appointment to pick up the car but after all the business was done they said it would take another hour to have the inspection done. And they included the price of the inspection in the sales contract!!!! More

When I call him about a car I'm interested in when I get to the dealership the car is sitting out front the entrance door to me that is a nice detail I take my car to Falmouth Toyota for all the maintenance services they have an incredible staff I will always purchase my vehicle's from them More
