Ken Collings our sales representative is a fellow car guy / member of the Cape Cod Classics Car Club. His reputation within the car club is the man to see if you are in the market for a new car, and we could see why! His first comment was that he appreciated that we had done our homework. Our needs assessment that we shared with him gave him the confidence that we had made a good choice and that he could make it happen for us. He went through all the features we had selected and Ken provide additional valuable details that we did not glean from the printed online materials. His knowledge base of the Toyota Sienna was complete. When we pick up the Sienna he spent an hour with us taking us through the tech journey of our new ride. Wow lots to take in, but presented in a very thoughtful way hitting the key options we would need right away and showing us other details to focus on later. The pickup was easy and quick, registration done, plates on car, inspection sticker & full tank of gas, easy for us! Our business manager, Ian Nixon, was wonderful in so many ways. He was spot on perfect with all the details of finance and insurance options plus personable , friendly and kind! Again the dealership was welcome & inviting. The service waiting area was large and comfortable: seating around a big screen TV or at tables, hot beverages and warm cookies! All good. We also noted that a service representative came to the waiting area to explain to waiting service customers what repairs were completed on their cars and why. We will definitely bring our Sienna to Falmouth Toyota for service. PS Ken said we would love our Sienna and he was RIGHT we love IT already! More

Ken took the time and patience to allow her to understand the process, how payments, finance, credit and loans work so she was able to make an educated decision. Drake Fontaine, a former student of mine, took the time to come out and say hi and to let us know he was there to take care of us in the service department- outstanding! John O'Keefe was able to reduce our finance rate- yes, he actually reduced it through looking into what was best for my daughter. A total team and one that I can honestly say was looking out for the customer's best interest. We will be back to Falmouth Toyota. More

Superior sales and service! I was a long term owner ( 15 years) of one Subaru and loved my car, but could not get the proper service and gave up. We test drove many vehicles and found the Toyota Rav4 to have the power I desired plus the comfort, both front seat and back. We decided to go with Falmouth Toyota because it was a family owned business and had excellent reviews. We were greeted by Ken Collins. He is from Cape Cod and has been with the company for many years. A plus for us! We connected immediately. Ken was professional and personable, understanding our needs and the fact that I was sad to lose my 'baby' after 15 years. Top salesman and very trustworthy. Ken went over and above to accommodate our needs and we thank him wholeheartedly. Six months later I was supposed to bring my car in for the free servicing. I made an appointment but a medical emergency caused me to cancel at the last minute. Over a month later, the service department graciously fit me in to my hectic schedule. A family business - YES! I have already seen they are accommodating and understanding of a person's needs. We are hoping to make this company our lifelong dealership! The sales department and service department have proven to meet the reviews we read! More
