We have 6 children and 9 grandchildren. I Love my cavapoo and my king charles spaniel. I am an avid bird watcher, we have a good number of bird feeders in our back yard. I enjoy cooking, I really like my pellet smoker. My favorite car was a 1956 Ford Crown Victoria I restored a number of years ago.

Finance went in to buy a certain type of vehicle. Financing was done before she went in. Ken was unhelpful and unprofessional. She asked explanations on the pricing and he didn't want to. He told her Financing was done before she went in. Ken was unhelpful and unprofessional. She asked explanations on the pricing and he didn't want to. He told her to have a nice day and thanked her for her time. Not once, but twice. Went back to the financial institution and told them the situation. They called the dealership and talked to them about it. They car was moved down the lot to the Honda side and she purchased it no problem from a different salesman. He missed out on easy money. More

Old style customer service in a modern day world. My wife and I just completed a purchase transaction with Ken Copley from Ed Martin Nissan at the Indianapolis location. Since we drove over 100 miles to purchase our new Titan HD we’d never met Ken; everything was done via text and email. To the dealerships credit we found Mr. Copley to have the skills and integrity not often found in today’s automotive businesses. We had such a positive experience my wife decided to buy a Armanda from Ed Martin Nissan and Mr. Copley. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. More
