Hello, my name is Ken Delk and I am a Senior Client Advisor for BMW of Westlake. I have worked for BMW and the Ganley organization since October 2004. I worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Law Enforcement Officer before joining BMW. I served and retired from the United States Marine Corp after 20 years of faithful service. My sales career started as a Marine on Recruiter Duty. I bring the same dedication and commitment to my role as Client Advisor as in my previous professions. He explained things in detail and actually drove to my home when we discovered a couple of very small issues in which the dealershi buying process! I just bought my second BMW through Ken and the whole process couldn't have been easier. Ken and Mike took care of everything for me and it was a very simple process once I arrived to pick up the car. D process couldn't have been easier.
