From the cashier, to technician, to salesman Ken and even the Center Manager Adam, they all took the time to talk to us and ensure that we had everything we needed. We have never dealt with a dealership where the Center Manager makes it a point to come and talk you, let alone know who you are as a customer. Even the follow up after we took our new car home was exceptional. Ken and the BMW geniuses would call to see if there was any questions they could answer or offer to come out to go over the cars features again with us. Following afternoon they brought both new vehicles to our business, with a BMW genius, who explained all the new features of the 2017 540ix.
